The D is already pretty solid in Columbus. There is no way they would make a move like this just months after moving Methot for Foligno. He's not putting up the points but is playing pretty well.

Unless Vinny approaches Kekalainen and asks to be traded, I don't think Davidson would put him in that situation. Although, I think he might get the most demand from contenders looking for depth.

IMO Brassard is the most likely to go. I think Tyutin or Nikitin are expendable with Erixon, Moore, and Murray as part of the D next year. I'm sure we would probably have to take some of Tyutin's cap hit in the deal to get a quality return.

I can't stop thinking of the possibility of having a center line-up of Mackinnon, Johansen, and Jenner in a couple years. That would be monumental in keeping CLB competitive in a new division sporting Malkin, Giroux, Tavares, and Stall.

Talk about a good trade. The Nash deal for you guys is still hanging in the balance. What I mean by that is, that there no clear cut winner from that trade yet. Clearly you guys got the better end of the rade involving Bobrovsky and the Flyers.

Still going to get some excellent players with 3 firsts. Even if you dont get McKinnon, there is Barkov, Monahan, Shinkaruk, Lindholm, Lazar all great Centers.
